Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, product launches, promotional events, or holidays, order processing may take slightly longer than usual. If there is a significant delay in processing or shipping your order, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

TOSSOYA currently offers Express Shipping for orders shipped within the United States.

Shipping fees are based on your order amount. Orders over $40 qualify for free shipping. Orders under $40 are charged a flat shipping fee of $8.00.

Please note: Delivery estimates are calculated from the time the order is shipped, not from the time the order is placed. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Free Shipping Policy

We offer free Express Shipping on all orders over $40.

For orders under $40, a flat shipping fee of $8.00 will apply.

The free shipping threshold is calculated based on the order subtotal after discounts have been applied and before taxes, where applicable.

If your order qualifies for free shipping, the free shipping option will be automatically reflected at checkout.

Shipping Carriers

TOSSOYA works with major U.S. and international shipping carriers, including UPS, DHL, FedEx, USPS, and other trusted logistics providers.

The specific carrier for your order will be selected based on your shipping destination, package size, service availability, and the most efficient delivery route.

Customers are not able to choose a specific shipping carrier at checkout unless carrier selection is specifically provided during the checkout process.

Shipping Destinations

TOSSOYA currently ships to addresses within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

We are unable to ship to certain restricted locations where carrier service is unavailable or limited. If your address cannot be served by our shipping partners, we will contact you by email.

Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order, but it does not mean your order has shipped yet.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after the carrier receives the package.

Please use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email to monitor the delivery status of your package.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.

TOSSOYA is not responsible for delays, lost shipments, failed deliveries, or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

We will do our best to update your shipping information before the order is shipped. However, once an order has been processed or handed over to the carrier, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

Once a package has been shipped and accepted by the carrier, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking information shows that your package is delayed, please allow additional time for the carrier to complete delivery. Delivery delays can happen due to weather, holidays, high shipping volume, or carrier network issues.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking:

  • Around your front door, porch, mailbox, garage, or delivery area
  • With household members or roommates
  • With neighbors
  • With your apartment office, front desk, mailroom, or reception area
  • With the shipping carrier using your tracking number

Damaged Packages or Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include the following information in your email:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Clear photos of the outer shipping package
  • Clear photos of any damaged packaging materials

Please keep all packaging materials and damaged items until the issue has been reviewed and resolved.
